Pasta Party Trays

Full Sized Pans - 18-24 servings

Lasagna- Stacked high layers of lasagna noodles with fresh meat sauce, our special blend of cheeses and spices. Just like Grandma used to make.

Manicotti- Locally made rolled pasta filled with ricotta cheese & spices topped with our homemade meat sauce and more cheese. Buono!

Meat or Cheese Ravioli – Locally homemade raviolis topped with our homemade tomato meat sauce and cheeses.

Rigatoni- Medium tube shaped pasta with our homemade tomato meat sauce and blend of cheeses.

Shells & Clam Sauce- Shell shaped pasta with our homemade tomato based clam sauce.

Ziti & Mushroom Tomato Basil Sauce- Narrow tube shaped pasta with a vegetarian homemade mushroom tomato basil sauce with Romano cheese.

**Any of the above Pasta Trays can be made with our vegetarian Mushroom Tomato Basil Sauce or our vegetarian Marinara Sauce.

**All our sauces are made with the finest ingredients homemade like Grandma…slow cooked in a BIG pot over the stove. (Except it’s Tom, Alan, and Don stirring the pot…with lots of love of course, just like Grandma.)

**Our homemade specially seasoned meatballs can also be added to any order or served on the side with sauce and cheese.

Specialty Party Trays

CHICKEN PARMESEAN

We use fresh chicken thin sliced and hand breaded with our homemade seasoned bread crumbs. Delicately fried golden brown and layered with
sauce and cheeses.

STUFFED BANANA PEPPERS

Fresh banana peppers hand stuffed with our own spiced sausage. Smothered in sauce and topped with a blend of provolone cheeses.

ITALIAN GARDEN SALAD TRAY

Serves 18-24

Fresh lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, black olives, onion, pepperoni, and wedges of sharp provolone cheese.

Choice of dressings: Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Honey French, Parmesan Peppercorn, Lite Italian, Golden Italian, Thousand Island, Balsamic Vinaigrette

Garlic Bread

Thick slices of locally made bread topped with real butter, cheese and spices toasted golden brown.
